Every system is designed, installed and commissioned by Geko's own engineers — working to MCS standards, with our MCS certification audit currently in progress via the IAA. No subcontractors.
10-year workmanship warranty
Our own labour warranty in writing — covering wiring, mounting, weatherproofing and commissioning. Five times the MCS minimum.
25-year product warranty
Tier-1 panels (DMEG, Aiko) carry 25-year manufacturer warranties. Inverters 10–12yrs. Batteries 10yrs. All in writing.
NICEIC Insurance-Backed Guarantee
Our workmanship warranty is underwritten through NICEIC's Insurance-Backed Guarantee scheme — so your install stays protected even in the unlikely event Geko ceased trading. Cover is provided by FCA-regulated insurers.
£10m public liability cover
Full public liability and £5m professional indemnity insurance on every install. Cover certificates available on request.
Independent dispute resolution
If we ever can't resolve a complaint between us, our IAA membership and Citizens Advice provide independent routes — free to you, binding on us. See our complaints policy for the full escalation path.
