Green mortgage products lock in rates and terms that high-street solar finance simply cannot match — often interest-free introductory periods or sub-market fixed rates over a longer term.
Approved installer panel
Lenders only release green funding through accredited installers. Geko is on the certified panel — meaning the paperwork, MCS certificates and lender sign-off are handled in-house.

10-year workmanship warranty
Our own labour warranty in writing — covering wiring, mounting, weatherproofing and commissioning. Five times the MCS minimum.
25-year product warranty
Tier-1 panels (JA Solar, Aiko, Jinko) carry 25-year manufacturer warranties. Inverters 10–12yrs. Batteries 10yrs. All in writing.
IAA Insurance-Backed Guarantee
Our workmanship warranty is underwritten through the IAA Microgeneration Guarantee Scheme — so your install stays protected even in the unlikely event Geko ceased trading. Insurance is provided by FCA-regulated insurers.
£10m public liability cover
Full public liability and £5m professional indemnity insurance on every install. Cover certificates available on request.
Independent dispute resolution
If we ever can't resolve a complaint between us, our IAA membership and Citizens Advice provide independent routes — free to you, binding on us. See our complaints policy for the full escalation path.
